The Monday Wire with Paul Casserly

12.00: news

12.15: Spain is in shock and mourning as it heads into a general election following the train bombs that killed 200 people in Madrid last Thursday. There are still some serious questions relating to the motives and suspected group behind the attack. Many at home are pointing the finger at ETA, the Basque separatist group, but other evidence seems to lead to Al-Quaeda. Political studies lecturer from Otago University Dr David McDonald is on the Wire to discuss the situation.

12.30: Helen Clark

A replay of Hugh Sundaes regular Monday morning catch-up with the PM

12.45: Reality Rissole.

Pop cultural commentary with Nick d'Angelo

1.00: New Zealand painter Karl Maughn on his current exhibition.

1.20: Adrian Seinfield is an academic whose area of interest is poverty. He is currently touring giving talks on poverty, unemployment and its adverse affects on children in both Western Europe and the U.K.

1.45: Newsboys world of sport with Jeremy Wells
