Cullen Sells Budget To Regional Wealth
Creators

This afternoon from the lofty heights of the Wellington Regional Chamber of Commerce NZ's Finance Minister plugged his latest Budget. The Chair of the Chamber Charles Finny read a short speech before the budget which was mostly positive but did express concern that Wellington didn't have enough roads. The assembled masses, which evidently also included various foreign dignataries, took a wee few hours off creating wealth for the Wellington region to assimilate Dr Cullen's words via the odd glass of Chardonnay and high quality Sauvignon Blanc.
