Scoop Audio: PM's Post-Cabinet Presser 09/03/09

After a week off to visit Australia, the John Key returned to his regular post-cabinet press conference all little less spritely than previously.
As well as providing a little more detail on the Government's legislative programme, the Prime Minister discussed changes to the ACC board, the continuing employment of Corrections CEO Barry Matthews and the possibility of private competition for both those institutions.
Other topics included titular honours, the likelihood of a nine day working week and a NZ cycleway, democracy in Fiji, and whether subsidising our own national airline can be considered foreign aid.
