Auckland governance changes and Richard Worth's conflicts of interest were the main points of interest is today's post-cabinet press conference, with Prime Minister John Key defending his process for the former - details of which will be announced in Auckland tomorrow - and setting out his expectations of the latter.
Among other issues discussed were Foreign Minister Murray McCully's upcoming meeting with Hilary Clinton and its implications for our Afghanistan deployment, the uptake of titular honours, mortgage relief, Zimbabwe, Gallipoli, the G20, SOE returns and electricity prices, possible Parliamentary public service cuts and differences between the PM and the Finance Minister on the economic outlook.
Cabinet has approved two pieces of anti-'boy racer' lesiglation, which will include car-crushing.
