There was a massacre at a movie theater in Aurora, Colorado. It took place after midnight, during a first showing of the new Batman movie.
The shooter was masked, dressed in black, and had tear gas and at least 4 guns. At first patrons thought this was part of the show.
24 year old James Holmes is a former medical student, and is originally from San Diego.
