Note: there are two foreign-language uses in the cartoon: on the stake, it says in Russian "Hooligan Putin"; on the woman's T-shirt it says (as it in fact did say) in Spanish "They shall not pass", a communist woman's statement leading into the Spanish Civil War ie the Fascists would not "pass" in Spain.
