There will be two petitions delivered at Parliament today.
At 11.30am Matt Vickers, husband of Lecretia Seales, will attend the delivery of a petition for voluntary euthanasia at Parliament. Former Labour MP Maryan Street will be delivering the petition in the hope it will lead to a Select Committee inquiry.
At 12.30pm The National Director of ActionStation will deliver the petition to the Auditor General as part of an action with 4 people dressed up as sheep.
Almost 10,000 ActionStation members are calling for a full investigation by the Auditor-General into the $11.5 million dollars of taxpayer money spent by Foreign Minister Murray McCully. Green co-leader James Shaw will delivery the petition to the Auditor General on behalf of ActionStation.
