Three Bills Introduced, Queen Congratulated

Three Bills were introduced when Parliament resumed at 2pm.

These were the International Finance Agreements Amendment Bill, Te Atiawa Claims Settlement Bill and the Building (Pools) Amendment Bill.

Acting Prime Minister Bill English moved a motion without notice congratulating the Queen on becoming the longest reigning monarch in Britain. It was approved on a voice vote.

MPs then began Question Time.
