With only 24 hours to go before voters go to the polls in the US presidential election, FBI director James Comey has finally come out and cleared Hillary Clinton of evidence of criminality. If he is still itching to investigate something, he could consider why wait to the last minute to give her the 'all clear', and also why did he announce such a probe a week earlier.
