Metiria Turei has thrown herself to the lions by admitting to welfare fraud [by having undeclared flatmates]. But when one examines the 'lions' with whom she 'flats' at Parliament, it becomes quite clear she is not alone in her capacity to extract large amounts of fat out of the system when it suits.
