Business Round Table’s off-the-planet holiday
Business Round Table’s off-the-planet holiday
"The Business Round Table said today to the Select Committee considering holidays legislation that not only do they oppose four weeks leave, but also that there should be no legislation whatever governing holidays for workers.
“That is one of the most compelling reasons yet proving the need for a minimum of four weeks annual leave for all working New Zealanders. Just as partnerships between business and government deliver jobs, so do working people need good legislation as protection from the dinosaur dreaming of the Business Round Table,” said Matt Robson MP, Progressive Deputy Leader.
The question now is for National, Act and
Business New Zealand to declare their positions on the
Business Round Table
proposal.
