MARGARET WILSON SPEAKS AT PSA CONFERENCE
The Labour Minister, Margaret Wilson, will today address a meeting of PSA organisers and staff in Wellington to detail the role she expects New Zealand's largest state sector union - with over 45,000 members - will play under the Labour-led Government.
Ms Wilson will give the Government's response to the PSA's `Partnership for Quality' strategy - aimed at delivering improved public services and better jobs through partnership in the workplace - and how it fits with expected changes to the public service.
With the introduction of the draft Employment Relations Act due on March 14 the address is especially timely.
News media are invited to attend the speech and interview Margaret Wilson and PSA leaders.
