Landcare Research Chief Executive Dr Andy Pearce says that Landcare Research had acted properly in its dealings over the Environment Court appeal concerning Solid Energy’s Cypress Mine.
Dr Pearce says that reviews by the Ombudsman on Official Information Act matters and by the Minister for Crown Research Institutes, Steve Maharey, found that Landcare Research had acted properly. Landcare Research is satisfied that it has acted properly.
