Politicians Planning People's Lives

Politicians Planning People's Lives

Anyone who fears having their future planned by a politician should keep well away from the likes of Mr Cunliffe and his allies.

“On TV3 News on Sunday, David Cunliffe said that "the idea of Colin Craig, Jamie Whyte and John Key planning our future together is terrifying".

“This is an odd remark for someone who claims to have studied political thought. The essential difference between Labour and ACT is that we in ACT do not believe that politicians should plan people's futures. We believe that people should plan their own futures, said ACT Leader Jamie Whyte.

“Cunliffe is so committed to the idea that people's lives should be planned by politicians that he thinks we are all vying to play that role. Well, we aren't.

“Anyone who fears having their future planned by a politician should keep well away from the likes of Mr Cunliffe and his allies, the Greens. People who want to be free to plan their own futures should party vote ACT.”
