1. On May 22,Ambassador and DCM met with Sierra Leone MFA
Director General, Ambassador Umaru Wurie and delivered
demarche per reftel to encourage Sierra Leone to submit the
annual declaration on space and ballistic missile policies
prior to the sixth annual HCOC meeting.

2. Ambassador Wurie stated that Sierra Leone will likely
send the simplified annual declaration (or "nil form") since
Sierra Leone does not have space launch vehicle or ballistic
missile programs.
