REGIONAL ADVISOR, GEORGIANNA PLATT

This is an action cable. Please see Para. 1, and 4.

1. Country Clearance is requested for USAID/OFDA/ECARO
Regional Advisor, Georgianna Platt to travel to Addis
Ababa, Ethiopia during the period o/a June 11 - 15, 2007.

2. The purpose of travel is to meet with OFDA staff, meet
OFDA implementing partners and UN agencies, liaise with
Mission HAPN and ALT offices on evolving humanitarian
concerns, and work with EXO and Deputy EXO on revisions
to mission and OFDA admin. MOU.

3. Travel details for Georgianna Platt are as follows:

06/11/07 NBO/ADD KQ 402 0740/0940
06/15/07 ADD/NBO KQ 403 1435/1635

4. Mission in Addis Ababa is requested to arrange for
hotel accommodations and airport pick up. Georgianna
Platt has Top Secret Clearance.

5. USAID/OFDA/ECARO Nairobi appreciates your assistance.
