SUBJECT: PARAGUAY: HUMAN RIGHTS VETTING REQUEST FOR ODC
In support of the Office of Defense Cooperation, Post is
requesting Human Rights Vetting, in accordance with the Leahy
Amendment, of the personnel listed below that will be
participating in ODC training. Post has no credible
information of human rights violations by any of these
persons. Post is requesting expeditious review in light of
the short window of approval. Counterterrorism training is
set to begin Saturday, June 2.
