Reftel demarche was delivered to Moussa Diakite, Secretary
General of the Malian Ministry of Foreign Affairs, on October
25. Mr. Diakite took note of the talking points and said he
would raise the issue with Foreign Minister Moctar Ouane
before transmitting our message to Mali's Mission to the UN.
