2. In order to comply with Leahy human rights vetting requirements,
this cable forwards the names and biodata of eleven Afghan Nationals
selected for language training and eventual placement into the
International Security Assistance Force (ISAF) Regional
Headquarters. Post possesses no derogatory information on these
individuals. Post requests Department's review of these candidates
by November 6, 2007.
