(SBU) On October 4, Poloff met with the Ministry of Foreign
Affair's director of international organizations and
delivered reftel demarche. The director responded that the
Bolivian government would take note of the USG's resolution
and would notify Bolivia's UN Mission in New York. He made
no inquiries about attaching amendments to the resolution.
