(SBU) On October 26 we delivered reftel points to MFA
Deputy Director General Martin Sorby and Iran desk officer
Jan Dybfest. Sorby and Dybfest will review the points and
share them with colleagues. Dybfest stated that in Norway's
opinion the key developments will occur in the UN Security
Council. Post will report any subsequent responses from the
Norwegian government.
