1. (U) The Ambassador has identified Matthew Meadows as
Quito's participant in the Fighting Corruption in Latin
America Conference (reftel). He coordinates anti-corruption
efforts at post and is deeply involved in our 212f process.
He will be able to participate actively in the discussion
while learning from other participants how we could expand
our current anti-corruption program.
