On October 19, 2007, Post advised Ayesha Borland from the Belize
Ministry of Foreign Affairs and Foreign Trade (MFA) of the
designations noted in reftel. The Central Bank and Financial
Intelligence Unit were also notified. The standard procedure of the
MFA is to have names added to the Belize list of sanctioned
individuals when provided by their delegates in New York or through
Post demarches. The MFA also typically alerts the Department of
Home Affairs in Belize in order to track whereabouts, if any, in
country.
