1. On October 2, PolOff conveyed reftel talking points to the
Ministry of Foreign Affairs Deputy Office Director for Multilateral
Affairs Pamela Ingelton.
2. Ms. Ingelton said she would consult with the Permanent
Secretary, and other government agencies on the draft resolution.

Ms. Ingelton was very responsive to the subject matter and
informally expressed that Jamaica was likely to support such an
initiative and that she understood the need to resist amendments to
the resolution.
