1. On October 23, PolOff had an appointment to meet with the
Ministry of Foreign Affairs and Foreign Trade Office Director of
Multilateral Affairs Pamela Ingelton to deliver reftel demarche.
2. Unfortunately, Ms. Ingleton was diverted by urgent business and
thus was unable to meet as scheduled; she will contact the Embassy
later to reschedule the appointment. Post will advise as soon as
the demarche is delivered.
