1. In response to reftel, USUN grants country clearance for
the five (5) individuals listed in para 2 below to attend the
62nd informal consultations on the UNGA sustainable fisheries
resolution to be held at the United Nations headquarters
October 8-11 and November 11-22.

3. USUN also grants Mission clearance for Dr. Rebecca Lent,
Director, Office of International Affairs, NOAA, Fisheries
Service. Dr. Lent will not be participating on the U.S.
delegation to the informal consultations, but will be
visiting UN Offices (DOALOS) to conduct a lunch briefing
during the consultations (tentatively 10/11) for foreign
missions and delegation on U.S. fisheries legislation that
has direct impacts on international fisheries conservation
and potentially trade.
4. USUN will assist all travelers in completion and
registration for the new photo badge process at United
Nations headquarters. USUN POC is James Donovan at
