We delivered reftel points to Martynas Lukosevicius, attache
in the MFA's Arms Control, Non-Proliferation, and Disarmament
Division, on October 10. He thanked us for the information,
but noted that the GOL has yet to consider the draft
resolution. He said he would share USG concerns with his
colleagues in the MFA and at the GOL's UN mission in New
York.
