Secretary of Defense Donald H. Rumsfeld will welcome military representatives of the countries in the worldwide coalition against terrorism to the Pentagon at 11:30 a.m. EST, Monday, March 11, 2002.
Rumsfeld will conduct a brief photo opportunity and media availability with the coalition members at the Pentagon River Entrance.
Some of the coalition representatives will make themselves available for interviews immediately following the photo opportunity and media availability with Rumsfeld.
Members of the worldwide coalition scheduled to be present are from the following countries: Australia, Belgium, Canada, Czech Republic, Denmark, Egypt, Finland, France, Germany, Great Britain, Greece, Italy, Japan, Jordan, Kuwait, Netherlands, New Zealand, Norway, Poland, Portugal, Qatar, Romania, Russia, Singapore, South Korea, Spain, Turkey, United Arab Emirates, and Uzbekistan.
