A Day of Coordinated Nonviolent Action Against the Checkpoints
This Saturday, 17 July, there will be a series of non-violent actions against the checkpoints and roadblocks which systematically deny freedom of movement to Palestinians.
In Jenin, there will be a protest converging on the Bartha checkpoint, which now lies between the apartheid wall and the green line. Meet at 11 AM infront of the Red Cross office in Jenin, or at the PGFTU (Palestinian Genoa Federation of Trade Unions) building. Bring your drums, pots, pans, or anything else that makes noise, because we want the demonstration on the other side of the checkpoint to hear us!

In Quaqilya region, there will be a roadblock removal outside of the village of Azbat Tabib at 11AM. This small village has been denied access to the surrounding villages, especially Azzoun, because this roadblock was built on their main road. We will attempt to open the road, and resist non-violently if the IDF attempts to interfere.
