Six meters deep shaft of a weapons smuggling tunnel was uncovered by IDF forces in a building under construction in a neighborhood in the outskirts of Rafah, near the Israeli- Egyptian border. Near the tunnel shaft the forces found evidence indicating that digging was conducted at the location.
The Tunnel shaft was uncovered during an IDF operation to uncover weapon smuggling tunnels in southern Rafah, near the Israeli Egyptian border.
IDF forces continue the operation in the area.
