When: 12:00PM after Friday prayers Who: Residents of Budrus, Israeli and International Solidarity Movement activists
Residents of Budrus will march tomorrow, October 15, to protest the construction of the Israeli annexation wall, ruled illegal by the International Court of Justice in The Hague.
For the past two weeks, the Israeli army has been entering the village, firing canisters of tear gas, concussion grenades randomly. Two days ago, the army went through the village firing rounds of live ammunition, terrorizing the residents.
Budrus has a long and successful history of non-violent resistance to the Israeli annexation wall. Tomorrow they will participate in a non-violent march to protest the theft and destruction of their land and livelihoods.
