Kadima Justice minister: West Bank fence is Israel's future border

Justice Minister Tzipi Livni has stated publicly that the separation fence will serve as "the future border of the state of Israel" and that, "the High Court of Justice, in its rulings over the fence, is drawing the country's borders." Livni's remarks are in contradiction to the position of the state prosecution, which she oversees as justice minister.
