GIESCHEN CONSULTANCY APOLOGISES TO ICC
Calgary, Alberta, May 11, 2007:
On April 30, 2007, Gieschen Consultancy released a statement in relation to certain allegations made concerning the International Chamber of Commerce ("ICC") and its BASCAP initiative. Gieschen apologizes to the ICC for any innacurate and unfair characteriszation of and references to the ICC and the BASCAP initiative in that article.
Gieschen deeply regrets any derogatory aspersions improperly cast upon the ICC. Gieschen recognizes the good work the ICC has done in the past and continues to do in the fight against counterfeiting and piracy.
