PM's regular press conference
Gordon Brown held his first regular press conference as Prime Minister in Downing Street today.
Questions about the UK floods dominated the session but the PM also answered questions on housing, Iraq, the Middle East, Russia, Darfur, the US-UK relationship, the cash for peerages investigation, the Turkish election and faith schools among others.
Mr Brown also commented on his first few weeks as PM, saying there was a "new challenge every day", although he joked it meant "you are not able to watch the sporting events you want to, even when you have planned to do so''.
