Boyers Appointed Finance, Treasury Minister

Member of Parliament for West New Georgia/Vona Vona, Mr Peter Boyers was sworn-in as the Minister for Finance and Treasury yesterday afternoon.
The former Opposition MP was sworn-in soon after his arrival from a vessel-purchasing trip to Korea.
Mr Boyer replaced the MP for Rendova/Tetepare, Mr Francis Zama who opted to take up the Ministry of Education and Human Resources Development portfolio.
