MSL Board of Trustees Statement Regarding War Crimes Conference
The conference entitled "Planning For The Prosecution Of High Level American War Criminals" is not sponsored by nor being held at Massachusetts School of Law ("MSL"). It is being convened by Lawrence R. Velvel, Dean of MSL, in his individual capacity and will be held at another location in Andover . The Board of Trustees reaffirms its strong belief in the right of Free Speech guaranteed by the First Amendment of the Constitution of the United States and fully respects and supports the right of MSL faculty members to express themselves in their individual capacities however they wish and irrespective of the subject in question.
