“We have always tried to maintain the privacy in the midst of ongoing threats and false accusations by Hulk. Hulk has never missed the opportunity to remind Linda of his long standing promise to kill her if she ever left him or shared any of his private demons,” stated Gary Smith, Linda’s rep.

“If the public stacked up all the incidents of obsession, narcissistic control, irresponsible behavior and comments by Hulk over the past year, it would all be dwarfed by the psychotic actions and behaviors we have kept private up until now. We are confident the Florida courts will see through Hulk’s celebrity and gimmickry and realize a tragic event has been avoided but still remains possible. Linda’s father, a retired LAPD officer, and her family, coupled with the distance from Hulk, offer Linda the comfort and safety she needs to continue her dedication to the charity work she is currently working on.

“We have previously refrained from making moves which would harm Hulk Hogan’s ability to earn a living. At this point, however, Linda’s safety supersedes that,” states her attorney Ray Rafool. This matter is set to be heard on May 11th
