Linda Hogan Teams Up With Pink Paws For Life To Find Cure For Canine Cancer
Anyone who has endured the heartbreak of losing a beloved pet to cancer understands how painful it can be. Having a dog currently diagnosed with this dreaded disease, Linda Hogan knows the pain pet cancer can inflict on, not only the pet, but on the entire family. “Going through cancer with a pet is a horrible experience for everyone involved. Pet cancer simply does not receive enough funding. Pink Paws For Life is changing that,” says Linda.
Linda Hogan has joined Pink Paws For Life (pinkpawsforlife.org) as their official spokesperson. “I love animals. It is something I am passionate about. Canine cancer has risen to epidemic levels. Keeping our pets healthy and cancer free is an extremely important endeavor for anyone who loves their animals like I do. I’m sure those who have gone through it or know someone who has, can relate,” states Linda. “Dogs only have a one in four chance of survival when diagnosed with cancer. Those are not such great odds. We are going to improve that number,” Linda goes on to say.
Pink Paws For Life will be holding it’s first of four scheduled fundraising walks in Philadelphia, August 16th . Linda Hogan and other pet loving celebs will be participating. For more information: http://pinkpawsforlife.org/
