Emirates Advances In Sri Lanka And Maldives
Emirates airline has stepped up its presence in Sri Lanka and the Maldives, including the resumption of Emirates’ flights between Malé and Colombo.
In all Emirates will add four flights from Dubai to Colombo and five from Dubai to Malé, bringing its total frequency to 18 flights per week to Sri Lanka and 14 flights per week to the Maldives. Emirates’ four daily flights from New Zealand to Dubai provide connections to both Sri Lanka and the Maldives.
One new flight will operate a circular route, Dubai- Malé -Colombo-Dubai, every Monday, Wednesday and Friday. Emirates will also introduce an additional direct connection between Dubai and Colombo every Friday, and another two connections between Dubai and Malé on Wednesday and Friday.
The additional services will mean that Emirates can offer passengers the convenience of morning, afternoon and evening departures from Dubai.
