New Zealand Post Services Affected by Christchurch Earthquake
New Zealand Post services in Christchurch and surrounding areas have been severely disrupted by this morning’s earthquake.
There will be no Saturday mail deliveries in Christchurch and in surrounding rural areas. PostShops in affected areas will also be closed today.
New Zealand Post is undertaking a thorough assessment of its delivery and retail infrastructure. An update on the resumption of delivery and other services will be provided as soon as the relevant information is available.
