Dear Minister,
1) Please provide a copy/ copies of all the 'Regulatory Impact' Statement(s) /Report(s) prepared for the 'Regulatory Reform Bill', which outline:
a) Those whom
were 'consulted'.
b) The 'cost-benefit' analysis which
explains who exactly is predicted to benefit from these
legislative changes and where the money will effectively
go.
2) Please provide a copy /copies of all/any 'corruption risk analysis' (including the risk of 'money-laundering'), which has been prepared by any party in relation to this proposed legislation.
