Suleija
The Independent National Electoral Commission
(INEC) has suspended the National Assembly elections in
Suleija, Niger state. The election which was scheduled for
April 9th 2011 was cancelled after a bomb explosion rocked
the INEC office, killing nine people and injuring twenty
