The Boao Forum for Asia Annual Conference is to be held on April 14-16 in Boao, Hainan, China. According to the Ministry of Foreign Affairs of China, President Hu Jintao will attend the Opening Plenary and deliver a keynote speech.
Other heads of states and government leaders attending the opening ceremony include Russian President Dmitry Medvedev, Brazilian President Dilma Rousseff, South African President Jacob Zuma, South Korean Prime Minister Kim Hwang-sik, Spanish Prime Minister José Luis Rodríguez Zapatero, Ukrainian Prime Minister Mykola Azarov and New Zealand Deputy Prime Minister Bill English
