We want to explain to the people of West Papua, Indonesia and the International for any militarism approach and various propaganda news continuously carried out by a militaristic regime of Susilo Bambang Yudhoyono, through the Regional Commander, Chief of Police and the various ranks of the nation's ongoing struggle to corner of West Papua, that:

1. The case of Puncak Jaya is a pure struggle movement that has certain ideology, carried out by TPN.OPM under the leadership of Goliath Tabuni. Therefore, we hope that does not necessarily provide the stigma or designation Security Intruder Movement (GPK), terrorists, separatists, or other designation that cornering the struggle of a Goliath Tabuni.

2. The TPN.OPM under the commander Goliat Tabuni continues to struggle, not for a personal project nor to legitimate the ranks TNI.POLRI to obtain security project for the money. The struggle was conducted as a form of resistance to colonial occupation of Indonesia in West Papua, especially in Puncak Jaya. As you know that West Papua's integration into the Republic of Indonesia in 1963 and 1969 Act of Free Choice was done with engineering. That is the reason TPN.OPM formed.

3. Police / Army should not cover up mistakes and military action with the Bhakti Sosial activities (The social helping of TNI). That's the reason that makes no sense because it's so funny that the military themselves who set fire to the houses of citizens in almost all settlements, military Indonesia was burned animals belong to citizens, burned gardens of residents than the TNI and POLICE are trying to justify themselves as hero by playing a cheap propaganda in the media.

4. The Gunfire at the expense of members TNI.POLRI lately in Puncak Jaya is the fault of the generals TNI.POLRI and SBY regime, because their policy and command who actually sacrifice its security apparatus Victims will continue to fall if President of SBY and its high-ranking Indonesian military prioritize militaristic ways in solving the problems of West Papua, with a drop of hundreds of soldiers everyday to Puncak Jaya. If SBY does not take the political will to solve the problem of West Papua immediately through the act of self determination through a democratic, namely a referendum then it will be possible victims of human rights violations continue to occur.

5. Do not imaging Peace by the JDP, Indonesian Government through Governor, DPRP, TNI and police in Papua. Because in reality, Papua is in the military zone by the action of physical and non physical (systematic) which is done to destroy the Papuans and to control this region for the glory of foreign investors.
