West Papuan Court Hearing

As we knew that how hard the international access toward West Papuan land so according to the via SMS from West Papuan last night regards to West Papuan political prissionners that on 24 of Februari 2012 at 08:45am the West Papuan political prissioners Mr. Forkorus within all West Papuan political prissioners and the local residents of West Papuan were performs the Fellowship in the Indonesian Court house of Jayapura Papua province before the court hearing began.

The moment of court hearing of the West Papuan Witness by Mr. Eliezer Awom mentioned that West Papuan 3rd congress in Oct 19-2011 was the motions of all West papuan people and it was not a motioned by few people or small group but the congress 3rd Oct 2011 was the willing and motioned by the majority of the all West papuan people all over West papuan land and then The Oct congress 3rd - 2011 was not the way to forcing West Papuan people to seperate from Indonesian Nation but The Oct-2011 declaration was to Demand the Indonesian Government to return the all West Papuan Nation and all WP National Symbols to the owner (WP-People) which was claimed by 1st Indonesian president Mr Soekarno that West Papuan Nation who backed up by white people or Dutch Govt should eliminated and then Irian barat/West Papuan should accupied by Indonesian government nation in any way , so why the WP congress 3rd Oct 2011 should performed even to command the illegal nation over West papuan land as Indonesian govt should stay away or exit from West Papuan people follows the true history of West Papuan who had set up all West Papuan national parliement and national symbols in 1 Dec 1961 but it been elimnated by the Indonesian govt until now on.

The statement from Mr. Eliezer Awom is same as to the Mr. Forkorus in yesterday statements and then it was not get any replay from Indonesian judges then the Indonesian Court hearing was shut immediately because no one could stand to replay against West Papuan political prissioners and the witness of the Victims. The court hearing will come up again on Februari 28-2012.

The last week court hearing was attended by 3 Indonesian policeman and 3 of them was describes the way how the stop the WP 3rd Congress Oct - 2011 was in good manner such as no violence and grabs the Congress Members in good way after the congress done but infact was quite contradictions follows the human abuses video doc's on all international and local media's and all voices of West Papuan residents.
