LAOS’ MEMBERSHIP TALKS ACCELERATE WITH ‘AMBITIOUS’ TARGET OF JOINING WTO IN 2012

With only one bilateral negotiation outstanding, and a number of new laws announced, Laos could join the WTO by the end of the year, the chairperson Yi Xiaozhun, China’s ambassador, told the working party of delegations negotiating the membership bid.

Avec une seule négociation bilatérale inachevée et plusieurs nouvelles lois annoncées, le Laos pourrait devenir Membre de l’OMC d’ici à la fin de l’année, a indiqué le Président Yi Xiaozhun, Ambassadeur de la Chine, au Groupe de travail chargé de négocier la demande d’accession.

LAS NEGOCIACIONES SOBRE LA ADHESIÓN DE LAO SE ACELERAN CON EL “AMBICIOSO” OBJETIVO DE UNIRSE A LA OMC EN 2012

Teniendo en cuenta que sólo queda pendiente una negociación bilateral y que se han anunciado varias leyes nuevas, Lao podría adherirse a la OMC para fin de año, según dijo el Presidente Yi Xiaozhun, Embajador de China, al Grupo de Trabajo de delegaciones que están negociando la solicitud de adhesión.
