Rafah police in the southern
Gaza strip reported that they had completed investigation of
several cases of theft during the past week.
Police confirmed the arrest of a citizen while he trying to steal a money from a currency exchange shop, noting that they turned the thief over to the competent authorities to complete the legal procedures against him.
They said they also seized five motorcycles in a trader's house, and confiscated the bikes and handed over the trader to the competent authorities to take necessary legal action against him.
In another case the investigators arrested a person while he trying to steal fuel from citizens' vehicles, and handed him over to the competent authorities to complete the legal procedures against him.
