Medical Services Open Fifth Session For Ambulance Officer Training

Military Medical Services Directorate at
the Ministry of Interior has opened the fifth session of the
Institute of Ambulance Officers and Drivers training
course.
Major Ahmed Al-Mbasher, director of the Institute
of Ambulance Officers and Drivers, named the session after
the martyr Mahmoud Zaqout, to commemorate his memory and
efforts in the ambulance service.
Zaqout, a medic, was killed while performing his national health duties during the war on Gaza in 2008 and early 2009.
Al-Mbasher said
that the course included 55 participants belonging to civil
society institutions. security agencies and government
departments, and indicated that the course will go on for
six
months.
