"kifah hattap"
The Israeli prison management today put Kifah Hattap into solitary confinement for his rejection of the prison’s procedures of not treating him as a prisoner of war, according to international law.
A lawyer, at the Palestinian Prisoner Society told our reporter that the prison management of Jalboo conveyed Kifah, of Tulkarem, to the isolation section in Shatta Prison for refusing to wear the prison uniform or to stand up for counting.
Putting Hattap into solitary confinement, adds our reporter, is a violation of the agreement to end solitary confinement, and a breaking of the agreement between the prison management and the prisoners of ending the hunger strike and improving the conditions of detention.
