Culture Ministry prepares to launch (My Home) camp for Heritage

The preparative Committee for the Palestinian heritage camp “My Home”, has organized a meeting to assess preparations for the start of the camp to be opened by the Ministry of Culture on Friday.

Abdul-Fattah Abu Zaida ,Advisor to the Minister of Culture, has showed the importance of maintaining Palestinian heritage and protect it from theft and loss-capable ,pointing to the Zionist enemy attempts to bleed their heritage through the daily practices in the occupied Jerusalem and other Palestinian towns and villages.

Abu Zaida called young to keep their heritage and not to waste it, and to bequeath it to the future generations, pointing out that his ministry is seeking to activate the programs that contribute to community awareness of heritage preservation, and expose the practices of the occupation.

He emphasized the role of young people, calling for investment the heritage camp to strengthen the relationship between young people and their civilization and cultural heritage.

Also he thanks all who contributed to the preparation of the camp, praising the efforts of the organizing committee, inclouding Sami Abu Watfa Director General of the civil work in the ministry, Atef Ascol ,Doa’a Al-Hetta ,Ahlam Al-Shae’r, Mohamed Ghoneim and Randa Shurafa
